Revit Family Modeling

By creating models directly in Revit and using the Revit family function, we are able to create intelligent, parametric models for a range of construction and engineering components for builders, specifiers, manufacturers and designers.

As Revit uses parametric modeling functionality which means that as long as a model is created with a set of rules then re-sizing a model will be controlled. This control comes about from the level of rules and the relationships that are built within the dimensions of the part or the assembly.

As well as control of the dimensions, XS CAD India is able to create family models that have other parameters such as formula and imported data (such as a surface finish). Our parametric models also include constraints which allow the set up and establishment of relationships between various entities within a particular part or shape.

Our ability to create Revit Family models allows designers to use accurate models for any aspect of their internal or external design for construction projects whether this is for bespoke window design, distinct interior furniture or for precisely defined mechanical valves that have relationships to control re-sizing.

Revit BIM Modeling
